Shipping Policy

Tatlo will dispatch all available items within 1-2 working days from the order date. For local deliveries:

  • Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be delivered within 4 hours.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

For specific locations including Umm Al Hayman, Sabah Al Ahmad, Khairan, Bnaider, Wafra, Al Soor, Minaa Abdulla, Shuaiba Industrial Area, and Ali Sabah Al Salem, deliveries are only made on Sundays and Thursdays before 8:00 PM.


International Shipping

  • International delivery takes 3–5 business days. Please note that additional fees may apply for any shipments returned to the sender.

  • For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes depending on the country of residence. Unfortunately, Tatlo has no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been placed. If you do not receive an email, please contact us directly at info@shoptatlo.com.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress. Please note that a signature will be required when receiving the package from the courier. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages.


Additional Information

  • Additional charges may apply if the delivery is returned to the sender.

  • If there is a problem with your package and it cannot be shipped within the stated time, we will notify you promptly.

  • Tatlo is not responsible if shipment delays occur due to weather issues, holidays, or carrier delays.
